Return Policy

Flower Dekho tries to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real flower shop, we understand the concerns of internet management and concerns about the security and proper fulfillment of their order and are appreciating them. We have established this Return / Refund policy with our full understanding of processing orders or refunds to our customers:

Note: You need to read our return policy; we are not returning the order of the previous day. We are only refunding the same day.

1. If a customer claims that the order was not delivered, we ask that we have given at least 24-48 hours to check and what has happened to determine. In many cases, the attempt was made to deliver but the receiver was not a home / office and / or there was no neighborhood available to accept the order. If this happens then we reserve the right to try for redistribution.

2. If it is determined that the Flower Dekho has not attempted delivery, then it is our policy that we offer you a refund.

3. If the order is filled up and given to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the system, then the recipient should contact the Flower Dekho who has the delivery. In almost every case, the flowers will look happily replacing the arrangement. To request a replacement, flower deco should be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Keep in mind that the flowers are destructive. Proper care is required. The recipient's responsibility is to follow any care instructions provided by the Flower Dekho. No refund or replacement for any order should not be reported to the recipient or sender look flower within 1 day of the original delivery date.

4. The Flower Dekho has the right to reject any orders provided to us who we believe to be suspicious or possibly fraudulent. When the flower is seen to look at the order, we review the whole order and from time to time, compare the information provided with the person's order of the ordering person. If we determine that fraud information is provided then we will send an email or phone call to the sender so that it can be determined whether the information is provided in error or not.

5. Can a customer order through the flower dekho and then the order can be canceled, the cancellation order should be done before delivery. If cancellation is received after order, no refund can be issued. Cancellation will not be accepted if a customer gives an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can be properly distributed using the right information.

6. “Substitutions Allowed" – Flower Dekho will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However if the container, flowers or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order.

7. Flower Dekho is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Flower Dekho will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

8. When a customer allows substitutions, this means that the sender is allowing Flower Dekho to use flowers they have available to work with while trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible. This may mean that the recipient does not necessarily receive an arrangement identical to what is pictured though every effort is made to do so. In cases of specialty items, such as items in a ceramic container, a different container with similar value will be used.
